Usage Policy: Personal vs. Commercial Use

Personal Use (Lite Plan Only)

The Lite plan is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. This includes projects that are not promotional, sponsored, or part of any third-party partnerships or collaborations. It's ideal for hobbyists and individual creators who want to explore CinemaDrop's features without using the content for business purposes.

Commercial Use (All Other Plans)

All other plans support full commercial use and are intended for business-related projects and content.

Credit System Overview

Our platform uses a straightforward credit system. Here's how credits are used:

  • Image Generation
    Starting at 3 credits per image (depends on image model, quality, and size)
  • Video Generation
    Starting at 4 credits per 1 second of video (depends on video model, and resolution)
  • Lip Sync Generation
    Starting at 8 credits per 1 second of video (depends on lip sync model, and resolution)
  • Speech Generation
    1 credit per 10 characters (rounded up) for text-to-speech
    1 credit per 1 second of input audio for speech-to-speech
  • AI Sound Effects
    3 credits per second or 15 credits flat for auto length

Frequently Asked Questions

Credits are the currency used to access our platform's features, and different actions consume credits at varying rates. For more details, visit our How Do Credits Work page. Your monthly subscription provides a set number of credits to use across these features, and unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

You can also purchase Bonus Credits at any time as a one-time top-up if you run out. Bonus Credits require an active subscription and expire one year from the date of purchase.
You can track your credit usage by logging in and visiting the Billing Page. This page shows your remaining subscription credits and any bonus credits. Bonus credits are extra credits you've either purchased as a top-off or received as a reward. Please note that they expire one year from the date of your last purchase or reward.
Should you deplete all your credits within the month, you can purchase bonus credits by visiting our pricing page and clicking the Credits tab.

Alternatively, you can upgrade to a Plus, Pro, Max, or Enterprise plan. If you upgrade, you'll only be billed for the prorated amount corresponding to the time left in your current billing period.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, you won't be billed for the next month, and you'll have access until the end of the current billing period. For annual plans, you can cancel anytime, and you'll still have access until the end of the annual period, but your subscription will not renew.
Yes, when you sign up on our website, you're automatically started with a free tier plan called Lite, which includes 50 one-time credits. You can upgrade to a plan with monthly credits at any time.

CinemaDrop does not offer a pay-as-you-go plan. Our service operates on subscription plans (Lite, Basic, Plus, Pro, Max, and Enterprise).

However, for active subscribers who need more credits, we do offer two solutions:

  • Purchase Bonus Credits: If you have a monthly subscription, you can purchase additional credits at any time as a top-off.
  • Upgrade Your Plan: You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to increase your monthly credit allowance.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew and charge you automatically each month unless you decide to cancel.
Yes, we offer refunds on our monthly subscriptions within 14 days of purchase as long as usage does not exceed 500 credits.

Please note that all bonus credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We also offer a Lite plan with 50 credits so you can try the platform before committing.
