Credits are the currency used to access our platform's features. Different actions consume credits at varying rates—for example, text to speech costs 1 credit per 20 characters (rounded up), text to sound effects costs 2 credits per second OR 10 credits flat for auto length, video generation costs anywhere from 3 to 50 credits per 1 second of video (depending on model), image generation costs anywhere from 3 to 6 credits per image (depending on model), and custom character training also costs 500 credits per character. Your monthly subscription provides a set number of credits to use across these features, and unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

You can track your credit usage by logging in and visiting the billing page. It shows how many credits you have left and how many you've used. It also displays the number of bonus credits you may have, which are credits rewarded to you that never expire.

Should you deplete all your credits within the month, you can upgrade to either the Pro, Max or Enterprise plan. You'll only be billed for the prorated amount corresponding to the time left in your current billing period.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, you won't be billed for the next month, and you'll have access until the end of the current billing period. For annual plans, you can cancel anytime, and you'll still have access until the end of the annual period, but your subscription will not renew.

Yes, when you sign up on our website, you're automatically started with a free tier plan called Lite, which includes 50 one-time credits. You can upgrade to a plan with monthly credits at any time.
